1.Air tightness

The first function of the Piston Ring is to maintain a seal between the piston and the cylinder wall to control leakage to a minimum.This effect is mainly borne by the gas ring,that is,the engine is controlled to minimize the leakage of compressed air and gas under any operating conditions to improve the thermal efficiency:to prevent the cylinder and the piston or the cylinder and the ring from being caused by the air leakage.Killing:preventing malfunction caused by deterioration of lubricating oil,and the like.

2.Oil control

The second function of the piston ring is to properly scrape off the oil adhering to the cylinder wall and maintain normal fuel consumption.When the supplied lubricating oil is excessive,it will be sucked into the combustion chamber to increase the fuel consumption,and the carbon deposit generated by the combustion has a very bad influence on the engine performance.
