Seals are divided into dynamic seals and static seals. Common faults of cylinder gasket
1.Compressed gas leaks into the crankcase
2.Compressed gas leaks into the cooling water jacket
3.Coolant leaks into the crankcase
4.Compressed air leakage to adjacent cylinders
5.Oil leaks to the outside
6.Coolant leaks to the outside
The main reason why the cylinder gasket is easily damaged（1）：
Engine often overload work, a long time to produce explosive combustion, due to the local pressure and temperature in the cylinder is too high, easy to wash bad cylinder gasket.
The main reason why the cylinder gasket is easily damaged（2）：
Tighten the cylinder head bolts, not according to the requirements of the operation, the torque of each bolt is not uniform, resulting in the cylinder pad is not flat in the cylinder block and the cylinder head on the joint surface.
The main reason why the cylinder gasket is easily damaged（3）：
Ignition time is too early (diesel engines are too early for oil supply), the engine works to produce explosive combustion.
